The HyperMeeting Audio Conference Advantage

• Easy Conference Access – When you sign up, you are provided a unique dial-in number and pass codes. Just set up a time and date, and your participants can join in by dialing in these numbers.
• Dial Out – You can start conferences immediately by dialing out to participants.
• Touch Pad or Web Management – You can manage your conference using your telephone's touchpad or through a simple web based interface. Web calling allows you extra features such as presentations, annotation tools, etc. Since there are separate charges for web or touchpad audio conferencing, you only pay for what you use.
• Call Recording – HyperMeeting allows you to create a single flash file of your presentation. This allows you to play back the full meeting experience without having to save the web and voice portions separately.
• Call Playback – You can download and play back recordings for up to 30 days after the session.
